How does The Bikers Cowhide process online payments?
We know that security is very important for our customers and for all Internet shoppers. That is why we use Pay Pal as a payment method for the processing of your online payments. Clients credit card information is not stored on our server and we will not ask for it since your payment will be processed by Pay Pal.
How do I use a discount coupon or gift certificate?
If you have received a discount coupon from Bikers Cowhide or a gift certificate you can use it by entering the Coupon Code or Gift Certificate number when you are checking out. The coupon discount will then be calculated and subtracted from your invoice total.
Can I redeem my discount coupon on your store location?
Sorry discount coupon and gift certificates can only be redeemed on the website.
Do you accept payment in the form of Checks or Money Orders?
If you choose not to place an order using our Online Store, we can accept payment in the form of certified checks or money orders sent through the mail. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to pay for an order with a check or money order. We will process your shipment when we receive your payment. When sending us a check or money order, please remember that our prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Please do not send cash.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the billing address of my credit card?
Yes, please enter the alternate address in the fields provided during checkout. Orders for Alternate Shipping Addresses may take an extra day or two because of our extra screening process performed on these orders

Am I responsible for Custom Duties or Import Fees?
U.S. Customers WILL NOT be subjected to any custom duties or taxes since the products will be shipped from the United States.
Canadian and International Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and fees that would normally be charged for products purchased in the US. Please check with your country's customs department for more information.
How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Our general turnaround time is 1-3 Business days after your order has been placed. However, as with most online businesses, we ask that you allow up to 2-9 business days for delivery. We do not ship orders placed on the same day.
Can I get my order any faster?
Our standard shipping rate for all item is $7.95 for UPS Ground Shipping and we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air. If you like to use UPS 2nd Day Air please indicate your choice in the Shipping Options section during Checkout. Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly.

Yes, You will be emailed once your package has been shipped and shipping information is updated on the website.
Can I cancel or change an order after I have paid for it?
Most orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. This does not allow us to cancel or change your order. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to make changes to or cancel your order. If your order is not processed ee will refund the credit as soon as we receive and process your cancellation, however, your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.

We offer a simple 15 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of the products that we carry. You can return any unused products within 15 days of receiving your order and we will refund the cost of the product being returned minus the original shipping costs. Please note that products being returned must be returned in the original packaging and should not have been used or worn before returning.
